Manufacturers and material handling vendors like us seek to exceed building codes, fire safety codes, and accessibility codes so that our clients will not have to worry about the soundness of the structure. We want our clients to feel confident in the fact that even though they are paying drastically less for each square foot of their building, the quality of that building is every bit as good as one they would have paid a lot more money to build, and would have had to wait a lot longer to have been finished.
